HARD Manufacturing Company, located in Buffalo, NY, is a leading manufacturer of quality hospital cribs and youth beds both domestically and internationally. Our products are built right here in our local manufacturing facility. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office Clerk and front desk receptionist. This individual will be responsible for\n...\nperforming various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.\nResponsibilities\n• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members\n• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms\n• Develop and maintain company filing system\n• Update and maintain office policies and procedures\n• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers\n• Maintain contact lists\n• Basic Financial Tasks: handle processing invoices, submit and reconcile credit card and expense reports; and maintain spreadsheets as assigned. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial recordings.\n• Greet visitors and provide general support to visitors\n• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients\n• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively\n• Perform tasks as assigned\nRequirements and skills\n• Proven experience as an Office Clerk and front desk receptionist\n• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures\n• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines\n• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)\n• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work\n• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task\n• High School diploma required\nJob Type: Part-time\nPay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour\nExpected hours: 25 – 30 per week\nBenefits:\n• Paid time off\nEducation:\n• High school or equivalent (Preferred)\nExperience:\n• Clerical: 3 years (Preferred)\nShift availability:\n• Day Shift (Required)\nAbility to Commute:\n• Buffalo, NY 14215 (Required)\nWork Location: In person
